Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies for brand, corporate, and product messaging across digital, print, and social channels.
- Serve as the primary media liaison, building relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry analysts to secure high-impact coverage.
- Create and edit press releases, articles, speeches, and executive communications with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Lead crisis and issues management, including rapid response protocols and stakeholder messaging to protect corporate reputation.
- Oversee internal communications, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company vision and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align PR efforts with campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine communication strategies.
- Manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement programs to strengthen brand equity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic marketing, preferably in healthcare, tech, or medical devices.
- Proven track record of media relations success, including securing placements in top-tier outlets.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media strategies, including analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional APAC languages are advantageous.
