Responsibility
- Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram Live, and Facebook Live to promote Medicare Plus products and engage with viewers in real time.
- Showcase product features, benefits, and usage through interactive and persuasive presentations to drive sales and conversions.
- Respond to viewer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and address concerns professionally to build trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging scripts, content calendars, and promotional strategies for live sessions.
- Monitor live session metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, sales conversions) and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on trends in social media, live streaming, and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads generated from live sessions and convert them into customers.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic on-camera presence that aligns with Medicare Plusâs brand values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or live hosting on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and convert viewers into customers.
- Familiarity with social media trends, live streaming tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle real-time viewer interactions with ease.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
