Join Innio Group Sdn Bhd as a Senior Buyer cum Planner in Bali and take the lead in optimizing our supply chain and procurement strategies. Responsibility
- Develop and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) strategies to align with production schedules and BOMs.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, conducting vendor assessments and performance reviews.
- Implement procurement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and market trend analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, buying, or material planning, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control, demand forecasting, and supplier evaluation.
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret BOMs, production schedules, and cost structures.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or APICS are highly advantageous.
