Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionability.
- Optimize and automate data pipelines and ETL processes to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Stay updated on BI tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our data capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with a strong portfolio of dashboards/reports.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, or SSIS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or global team environment, with strong time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
