Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for wealth management systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support system design and development.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes in wealth management to proactively recommend system enhancements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure the successful implementation of projects by conducting thorough testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the Wealth Management domain.
- Proven expertise in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as UML, BPMN, SQL, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
