Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead system reengineering projects to modernize legacy systems and enhance scalability.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Perform data modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations to gather insights and drive consensus.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet KPIs and ROI expectations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system analysis and reengineering.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN), and UML diagramming.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
