Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and market penetration in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance forecasts for assigned brands.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs, ROI analysis, and consumer feedback.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Manage brand assets, including packaging, promotional materials, and digital content, to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Support the launch of new products and line extensions, from concept development to post-launch evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
