Responsibility
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work environment is advantageous.
