Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive sales targets by promoting Watsonsâ beauty and wellness products, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
- Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to educate customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to create visually appealing and trend-driven product displays that attract and engage customers.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry innovations to provide cutting-edge advice to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product rotation, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on retail, sales, or customer service.
- Proven expertise in skincare, makeup, haircare, or wellness products, with the ability to provide tailored recommendations.
