Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty and skincare advice to customers, helping them select products that best suit their needs.
- Demonstrate and apply makeup techniques, skincare routines, and product usage to enhance customer experience.
- Drive sales by promoting Watsons’ products and services, including exclusive offers and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant recommendations.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty, skincare, or retail, with a passion for the industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and wellness items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping hours.
