Responsibility
- Lead and execute audit engagements for small and medium-sized enterprises in various business sectors.
- Plan and coordinate audit procedures, including risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Identify financial discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and address audit-related inquiries.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, ensuring adherence to audit methodologies and timelines.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
