Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Group Director and senior management.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the department and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in the planning and execution of departmental events, conferences, and workshops.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Experience in event planning, budget management, and project coordination is highly desirable.
