Responsibility
- Support order routing and execution workflows for institutional equities clients, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions to optimize execution strategies and minimize trading costs.
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot execution issues and implement process improvements.
- Provide high-touch client service, addressing inquiries and resolving trade-related discrepancies.
- Maintain and enhance execution tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for equities trading.
- Generate reports and insights on execution performance for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the firmâs equities execution capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in equities execution support, trading operations, or a related role within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of equities markets, order types, and execution algorithms.
- Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Fidessa, or similar) and execution management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank) is a plus.
