Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced healthcare data analytics models to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive healthcare improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives to forecast patient trends, resource allocation, and operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare analytics to recommend strategic improvements.
- Present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting or a highly regulated industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
