Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional media channels.
- Lead content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and overseeing the production of press releases, articles, social media posts, and multimedia content.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify our organizationās reach and impact.
- Coordinate and execute community engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, and program development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing our brand at events, conferences, and media interviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communications to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- A bachelorās degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in content creation, media relations, and community engagement, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Community Care, non-profit, or social impact sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely/hybrid in Bali, with a reliable internet connection and self-motivation to thrive in a flexible work environment.
