Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee architectural design and planning for high-rise building projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve design and construction issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
