Responsibility
- Lead architectural design development from conceptual phases through to detailed construction documentation.
- Exercise rigorous technical control and quality assurance over all design outputs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Provide site-level supervision and coordination to resolve complex construction issues in real-time.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, land regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Lead and mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure milestones are met within budget and to superior quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a significant portfolio of commercial or luxury projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, construction methods, and material selection.
- Proven track record in site coordination and managing the construction administration process.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
