Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade application architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Evaluate, select, and customize COTS solutions to meet business requirements while minimizing custom development overhead.
- Spearhead system integration initiatives, ensuring seamless interoperability between legacy and modern systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Mentor development teams on best practices in software development, API design, and microservices.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
- Optimize system performance through load balancing, caching, and database tuning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise architecture to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in application architecture.
- Proven expertise in COTS implementation, system integration, and enterprise software design.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or similar languages, and frameworks like Spring, Django, or .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SOA, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to guide technical teams.
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
