Responsibility
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including AWS cloud services.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Document technical processes and maintain IT inventory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related challenges.
- Deliver training and support to end-users on IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and network configurations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, AWS Certified) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
