Responsibility
- Lead and command emergency response operations during aircraft incidents, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols and security audits across restricted airport zones to ensure compliance with aviation safety protocols.
- Coordinate seamlessly with airport stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and government agencies during crisis management.
- Supervise junior personnel and provide on-the-job training to maintain team readiness and operational excellence.
- Maintain and inspect emergency equipment to ensure high operational availability at all times.
- Develop and refine emergency response procedures to align with evolving global aviation safety standards.
- Perform high-level incident reporting and provide actionable insights to enhance airport security infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field; military or police background is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in emergency response, security operations, or law enforcement.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Strong physical fitness levels to handle demanding, fast-paced emergency scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear commands under intense pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, shift-work environment.
- Proficiency in crisis management software and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
