Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Lead end-to-end AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency using techniques like hyperparameter tuning and A/B testing.
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality, real-time data feeding into AI systems.
- Monitor model performance in production, identify drift, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and best practices for knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of implemented projects.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications in real-world scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
