Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Research, prototype, and implement advanced machine learning models (LLMs, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP models for conversational AI, intent recognition, and context-aware decision-making.
- Optimize AI performance through hyperparameter tuning, A/B testing, and scalability improvements.
- Ensure robust, secure, and ethical AI deployment with compliance to industry standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on AI models using MLOps best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in agentic AI, generative AI, and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on agentic systems, LLMs, or autonomous agents.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for model development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent) for model deployment and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
