Responsibility
- Design and develop scalable AI agent systems using AWS Bedrock, Claude, and other LLM frameworks to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Architect and optimize hybrid data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between structured, unstructured, and real-time data sources.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, from prototyping to production deployment, with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to define AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps practices, including model versioning, A/B testing, and continuous monitoring to ensure AI agent effectiveness.
- Optimize AI models for latency, accuracy, and scalability in high-traffic retail environments.
- Stay ahead of AI/ML trends, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems) to enhance system capabilities.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and team alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data science, with at least 2 years specializing in AI agents or LLM applications.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS Bedrock, Claude, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including serverless architectures, Lambda, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data engineering, including ETL pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and API integrations.
- Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, or custom CI/CD pipelines) for model deployment and monitoring.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug complex AI systems and optimize for edge cases.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
