As part of our technology team, you will design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure and database solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security. With a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or database administration, you’ll play a pivotal role in modernizing our IT landscape.
Based in Bali’s tech hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Whether you’re a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or DBA, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premise infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid environments).
- Optimize and maintain high-performance databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle) for reliability and efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security, proactively resolving incidents and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development teams to architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices for security and backup/recovery.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system resilience and performance.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or Database Administrator.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL), query optimization, and replication strategies.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Nagios) and logging systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls) and security protocols.
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, Kubernetes (CKA), or database systems (e.g., Oracle OCP) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, Agile environment.
