Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of organization.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth business operations and resolve administrative inquiries.
- Monitor office supply inventory, procurement processes, and budget adherence for administrative expenses.
- Support senior management in strategic planning, meeting coordination, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, automotive industry standards, and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CAP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex administrative systems, processes, and teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
