Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and supervise clerical and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and official documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards, including data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
