Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the JHS program, including student records, faculty scheduling, and parent communications.
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, reports, and documents in compliance with school and governmental regulations.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and school events, including logistics, agendas, and minute-taking.
- Oversee the maintenance of digital and physical filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible record-keeping.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and community partners, to support school initiatives.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for the JHS program, ensuring financial accountability.
- Provide administrative support to the school principal and department heads, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational institution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational administration software or student information systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
