Responsibility
- Manage and maintain advanced office automation systems, including data entry, file management, and digital archiving.
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized computer systems and software used for administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate high-level clerical functions, including report generation, correspondence, and document preparation for senior management.
- Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and communication for meetings, workshops, and official events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations in all administrative processes.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware/software issues related to office operations.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative workflows to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and procurement documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Computer Operator, preferably in a government or large organizational setting.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with database management or ERP systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with government administrative procedures and documentation standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
