PERSOL is seeking a motivated Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our accounting team based in Novena. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries, manage collections, and provide insightful reports. Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payments and investigate discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and proper accounting treatment for all AR-related transactions.
- Prepare monthly AR aging reports and revenue analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve existing AR processes and internal controls.
- Assist in year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred; experience with other ERP systems will be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
