Responsibility
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and handle all tax-related matters including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with production teams to track project budgets and provide financial insights for entertainment productions
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow projections to optimize working capital
- Prepare and present financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Proven track record in the entertainment or media industry is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
