Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives and market conditions.
- Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks, improve efficiency, and safeguard company assets.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, addressing audit findings, and implementing corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multinational company or a dynamic business environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
