Responsibility
- Manage and ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements, including ACRA filings.
- Maintain and update statutory records and corporate documents.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas and minutes for board meetings and general meetings.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on corporate governance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of annual returns and other statutory filings.
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements affecting the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role, preferably with exposure to Singapore regulations.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate secretarial software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with ACRA and other regulatory bodies is a plus.
