Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage audits, both internal and external, ensuring smooth and successful completion.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
