Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international tax regulations.
- Conduct financial audits and assurance reviews to verify the integrity of accounting records and processes.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate smooth audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to optimize cost management and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax preparation, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or cross-border accounting environment is highly desirable.
