Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market share in ELV and security systems across Bali.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in the ELV/security sector.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements in smart building technologies, IoT, and security innovations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ELV systems, security solutions, or related tech industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, etc.) and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and adapt to a fast-changing market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in client relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
