Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for multiple subsidiaries.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Executive or similar role.
- Proven expertise in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance (Indonesian tax regulations preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
