Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting functions for the organization.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing critical analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including filing, reporting, and coordinating with tax authorities.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee treasury functions to optimize cash flow.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and smooth audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage technology to enhance accounting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a tech-driven or multinational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in modern ERP systems (such as Xero, SAP, or Oracle) and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with an uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
