Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the semiconductor market.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor manufacturers, distributors, and research institutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and product development, to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of semiconductor consumables and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Semiconductor Technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, consumables, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and close complex deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other Asian languages is a plus.
