Shopee is looking for a dynamic Seller Acquisition Specialist to join our prestigious Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying and onboarding high-potential sellers to our fulfillment ecosystem.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of e-commerce logistics in Indonesia. By helping sellers optimize their operations through the FBS program, you directly contribute to enhancing customer experience and driving marketplace growth. We are looking for a natural negotiator and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to join the Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective seller acquisition strategies.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of Shopee's fulfillment services.
- Collaborate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth seller onboarding.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Provide expert guidance to sellers on optimizing their inventory and operational workflow within the Shopee platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or acquisition targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and an energetic, results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
