Responsibility
- Lead and manage the security team to ensure the safety and protection of company assets, employees, and facilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols, emergency response plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee general affairs operations, including facility management, administrative support, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with the Refinery & Fractionation Supervisor to optimize production workflows and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and logistical support for security and general affairs functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and external stakeholders on security and administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, general affairs, or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
