Responsibility
- Design and deliver interactive science lessons aligned with national and international curriculum standards.
- Develop engaging teaching materials, including experiments, visual aids, and digital resources.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize and lead science-related extracurricular activities, such as clubs, competitions, or field trips.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices in STEM education.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral observations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and scientific advancements to ensure relevant and high-quality instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in science education or STEM programs.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Passion for innovative teaching methods and student-centered learning approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali.
