Responsibility
- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and translate complex content into clear, engaging learning materials.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy, track, and optimize digital training programs.
- Incorporate AI-driven tools to personalize learning experiences and improve learner engagement.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and simulations to measure learning outcomes and reinforce key concepts.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure structured and effective learning solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in e-learning, multimedia, and educational technology to enhance course quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in instructional design and e-learning development, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Familiarity with AI tools for learning (e.g., adaptive learning platforms, chatbots, or content generators).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting deadlines.
