Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PP and QM modules in alignment with client business processes.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps and propose SAP-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules such as MM, SD, and FI.
- Provide expert guidance on production planning, shop floor control, and quality management best practices.
- Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure data accuracy.
- Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation for SAP PP/QM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant.
- Proven track record of successful SAP PP/QM implementations and support projects.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality management, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification in PP and/or QM modules is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
