Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations and solutions.
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide expert-level SAP module support (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HR) to clients and internal teams.
- Optimize existing SAP processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues with minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, updates, and emerging technologies (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori).
- Collaborate with global teams to align SAP solutions with business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in at least one module (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).
- SAP Certification (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of successful SAP project implementations or support roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work in a hybrid/remote setup for Bali-based clients.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
