Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
- Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize Salesforce performance through best practices in coding, data management, and system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers (for Mid/Senior/Lead roles) and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are a plus.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
