Responsibility
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Provide basic technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and update data management systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of IT-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies and services as needed.
- Support the IT team in training employees on new systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or IT support roles, preferably in a creative or tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data management systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
