Responsibility
- Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment through efficient warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and report discrepancies to the team.
- Liaise with logistics partners to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any delays or issues.
- Support sales teams by providing order status updates, inventory availability, and customer feedback.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping records.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, warehouse operations, or logistics management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and supply chain regulations is advantageous.
