Responsibility
- Participate in intensive on-the-job training programs to master the Garudafood sales distribution model.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to increase market share.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing retail partners and distributors.
- Execute effective product displays and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market feedback to the sales management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Ensure high standards of service and operational excellence across all assigned outlets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience as a salesman in the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
