Responsibility
- Execute outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features and benefits to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Overcome sales objections professionally to increase conversion rates.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM database.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call quotas and sales targets.
- Provide feedback from market trends to the management team to improve service delivery.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic tone during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer service-focused call center role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-based call environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Resilient personality with a positive attitude toward meeting sales goals.
