Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Foster a positive and high-energy team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales metrics, and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
